Euro left hand light switch assembly

Morning, yes I searched and found a bit of info but not enough.
I want to run the Euro spec left hand switch assembly on my US bike, for both the flash to pass and on off switch.

What I need is the Honda part number for the switch assembly so my local guy can order it. Can anyone provide that part number?

Just posted a US diagram in colour. Between the US and EU same format diagrams it should be reasonably easy to work out.
