Belly pan

Post by MrRossi »

Can anyone identify this belly pan/ lower fairing? It's the only one I've seen go around the casings. Looks perfect to me.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

It looks like it could be a "Powerbroonze" lower fairing to me. I found a couple for sale here but only in black:-

If my memory serves me well I think "Sharkskinz" used to make a similar lower fairing for the Storm in the USA. They were better IMHO than the Powerbronze item as they were made in fibreglass whereas the Powerbronze lowers are ABS plastic,

I'd favour the Powerbronze too, because it has no visible fixings whereas the Pyramid does.

Sharkskinz... just let one go today
Yes fibre glass, longer than the power bronze and race appoved as it is oil tight. best in my opinion

in fact that very photo was the inspiration for my first build. i actually had no fixings on the sharkskinz, just tucked in under the upper fairing
