Amazing amount of money he appropriated from a variety of unsuspecting sources. The pension scam is incredible. :eek2

A year ago, Stephen Barclay, the outgoing Brexit Secretary, said Norton was an example of a "great business" that would thrive when Britain leaves the EU.

Norton collapse: Administrator’s report shines light on the numbers
£4m awarded to Norton by the Government in July 2015 wasn’t all used in direct connection with the motorcycles.

Norton also owns six Aston Martins, three Range Rovers and an F Type Jaguar, the vehicles’ group value totals nearly £800,000.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I wouldn't be surprised to find that their local tax office manager has one of the bikes at home, though!

Shocking story in this week's MCN of an owner of a fully paid V4 had his bike back for a warranty job and when picking it up found it had been stripped of all but the frame and wheels. Bloody disgusting company conduct.

Unfortunately this kind of thing has been going on for years and until rules and laws change line CEOs like Mr G will continue to pad their nests. No mention of the S.African safari lodge/hotel. That's probably out of BDO's reach🙄. Who needs 6 Astons! He'll lie low for a bit when all this is sorted and pop up with some new "project" although he could be barred from a directorship or running a company for 15 years I think? It's all a real shame because he seemed to truly believe in the brand and in spite of the tech and delivery issues he did achieve quite a bit. A pity he couldn't keep his hand out of the till!

If you've got time check out part 1 of the Superbike interview with the ex Spondon partner. If any of it is true and I guess it is, not just sour grapes, then it's almost unbelievable🙄.

Read that this morning. Absolutely shocking. Started the betrayal from the word go, even before buying Norton.

with every new article I read, even assuming 50% of it is "sour Grapes", Stuart Granger coming out as a lying, thieving, manipulative, self serving bullshitter :( (allegedly in case there is a lawyer reading 8O )

he has killed 2 great motorcycle names [Spondon & Norton] and more importantly, has a left a few hundred people without a pension ... he has to be brought to account for the latter at the very minimum
