Norton Motorcycles goes into administration https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-51303905

Be a shame if they fail, although I know there have been issues for the last year.

Well, if they knock any of the built ones out cheap I might be tempted.....

there are some very negative feelings about the Norton Boss on the UK specials facebook site .... triggered by the fact he bought and closed the Spondon works!

but if half of what they claim is true:
John McPint is still owed wages from the TT
many people have put deposits on bikes from over a year ago but no bike
the later bikes have been failing
many parts that are claimed to be "made in Britain" and / or made in house are bought out in china


shame if the Name goes under again

Triumph have a successful business it would be good if they took it over and kept the Norton name.

Maybe they could get another old brand as well Al, oh I don’t know, something like Villiers. NVT got a bit of a ring to it!!!!!

I'm a bit concerned as I have Norton antivirus protecting my pc......
