flat tyres

Post by norry rc8 »

last summer I used 4 back tyres and 2 front, 3 of the back tyres got punctured before worn out. so no more Michelin.
the front tyre only felt good for 400 miles, then it felt like it was washing out

so I am trying metzeler (got a good deal on a pare)

Think I'm going to go for M7RR's once I finally get paid. Been 4 weeks since last pay day and still another 2 to go!!

Good job I don't have much more to do. Except brake discs, chain & sprockets, front fork overhaul and new rear shock.......

Roadtec lasted just over 4000 miles on my Tuono. The front slightly less than the rear. They were OK but fitted Pirellis afterwards.

My usage varies. Less than 1500 out of Pirelli SPs (although only 1000 out of the front). Usually about 2500 out of others, BT-016s etc... The Roadtecs lasted the longest.
