Pondering weather to keep it

Post by popkat »

So thinking I may sell the Storm, I've hardly used it this year, it's not even got to 10000 miles yet. You could say what a waste.. The longer I have it and the older it gets the more I'm going to get precious of it and not want to put miles on, I'd rather have something higher miles or newer that I don't mind using.

Been eyeing up the VFR800 Crossrunner, some used ones come with lots of extra's, I could use it in all weathers do the odd distance ride on it, go out two up (might happen occasionally) and have lots of space for luggage. I've got the MT for hooning, it also does distance but not suited for 2 up travels as I'm not putting panniers on it.

If I sell the storm and my old VFR then I can raise a decent deposit, fund the rest through my work and claim at least some of that back.

Just a boring Sunday thought while it's raining outside, but if anyone fancy my Storm give me a shout.

Well you did lmao !!!

It’s a real clean low mileage bike so you will have no problem selling it to a buttercup lover .
