Going to replace my fork springs is it better to get linear or progressive springs

that is THE debate.. some like one, some like the other.. for ease of use/setup. my own choice would be linear...
the older i get,the faster i was

Tried progressive and although slightly firmer they were still crap. Linear is best for these bikes imo.
