the search for a storm

Post by Bezzer »

Hi people.
stumbled across this on ebay and wondered what anybodys first thoughts might be?
Im looking for a budget machine and i understand there are potential pitfalls when youre looking in the bargain basement.
But on the other hand, sometimes you might get lucky...

i know im being a bit vague but cheers for any ideas / input
hell one of you might even know the bike lol :D

500 quid you cant go wrong. If it stays at that. To be honest I live in Northern Ireland and that would be 700 to my door if it stayed at that price. If I wasnt a little tight for space I would send him a message and offer the 500
If you don't try you never know if you can do it.

it depends on what you can or cannot do mechanically. i've bought many cheap bikes over the years and inevitably there were some jobs to do on them. if youre not confident in doing the work yourself, it could get expensive. the bike youre looking at is a bit shabby but it would certainly be worth a look.
