where are you staying mate, I live an hour away from the track, and one of my fav places to eat is 5mins from the track, the restaurant is called butt...
Ah nice one - We're in a villa about 90mins east from the track, near Ulldecona. Will keep an eye open for butt!

Are you going along yourself?

Any idea what time I should aim to be at the track to get a parking place?
sadly I won't be going and I can't advise you on an arrival time, i'd just suggest you get there early, as there will be lots going on. as for butt, head northwest from the track on the N-232. about 10mins and it's on your left opposite a petrol station, a very nice and friendly place.
according to google maps it's 16mins hahaha, on a bike its a bit quicker lol.

there's every chance I could meet up with you guys for a pint tho. probably not at the track.... :(
also be aware of speed traps, they set them up on race weekends, the buggers got me last year.
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!

and lots of bikers stop and eat at a place in morella

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

The N-232 is indeed a stunning road! We stayed in a villa near San Rafael Del Rio (N-232>CV11) so travelled both mornings on the 232 before the sun came up to get to the circuit. Only when heading back to the villa on the Sunday that we realised Morella had a huge castle up on the hill!! :eek2 :eek2
At 6.30am when it's still dark, there are no lights on in the town to alert you to it's presence... We had only noticed there was a Spar on the main road :wtf:
Great result for Rossi, impressive given the short recovery time. Marquez looked in winning form all weekend to be fair... even though he fell off a few times in practice!

Don't think I'd rush back to Aragon to see another GP - you are limited for things to do/see once you're within your own section of the circuit. Decent weather is always a bonus though! Might aim for Catalunya next year....
