The problem with Firestorm's is the same problem I have with X-11's underated little gems that people don't really want to don't pay good money for, I recken £1800-£2000 you be lucky to get £2000.

retail: £2,500
Private Good: £2,330
Private Average:£1,250
Private Poor: £640
Part Exchange: £1,500
Trade: £1,274

Personally I think the price is optimistic, but the dealer price I would believe.

Storm prices are high at the mo...Silly high but having said that it's getting close to the end of the ridding season now so prices should start to drop off abit...

If your going to really sell it this time Chric, stick it on E bay as a classifeied ad for £2500 but have an offers option...& hope for the best...

Or...

As said strip all the good bits off return to standard...because you did keep all the std parts didn't you...? Ebay at 2200 open to offers & sell the good bits seperatley...

At least we know this one hasn't been thrashed...at least by the current ownwer...

although prices are strong atm, and riding season will soon be ending, that doesn't mean prices will fall, just ask popcat, last winter he was searching for a good bike at a reasonable price, but the prices were increasing instead of decreasing.
the only thing that might be an issue is the lack of history. but i'd be asking at least £2500 for it chric, and maybe drop by £100 if needs be, it's a totally sorted bike with lots of desirable extra's.
glws buddy.

For those that haven't see his bike it is Super Shiny. Now that most of the tat is off it it's a cracker.
If you are taking bits off it, first dibs on the rack and box please?

The problem with that, is generally overpriced bikes stay on sale until they come down in price, the reasonably priced bikes go if they are good and people who put up quick sale prices still struggle to sell after the riding season.
