carbon covers
carbon covers
Chap on facebook making carbon covers, clutch & generator for £58 a pair delivered to uk. He is also working on moulds for frame covers. The more interest he gets the better the chances of getting them made at a good price
Re: carbon covers
Any word on the thickness or quality of them? I was looking at getting some over the winter anyway

Re: carbon covers
They look nice, but don't forget, Carbonadi covers are kevlar reinforced for abrasion resistance.
Worth finding out more about these new ones, bloody nice finish on them though

Re: carbon covers
I had some really nice carbon frame covers on my first storm, think they were made by Harris, not made anymore though, come to think of it I can't remember seeing them on another storm, must have been though. A bit like the Harris belly pan I had, they were hard to get back in 2000, I think the powerbronze is a copy but not quite as good.

Re: carbon covers
Me too ap. He is working on the mould now. All for looks for me. Don't know if they are carbon reinforced or not. I won't matter to me. If i get to test em out, the bike will be beyond repair
