What's Under Your Seat?

Post by Mav617 »

Righto, what do you keep under the seat on your Storm? Tools, puncture kit, overtrousers?

Time to kit mine out, Allen keys, screwdriver, couple of spanners - how much actually fits under there?
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

There might be a pair of over trousers down the side with the starter solenoid but I can't remember

Original tool kit with some additional combination spanners.
Puncture repair Dog Shits and needle.
Short double action pump.
Allen keys.
Security wire (1metre)
Disc lock.
Spare Fuses.
Half a dozen 12inch cable ties.
That's about it. If I can't fix it, call the AA Recovery.

How, I couldnt even get a spare pair of gloves in there, mind you there is an alarm box there already!

I have a spray tyre repair jobbie, no I dont think it would work either. Plus a 12v socket and the original tools.

Alarm trembler unit thing, Honda toolkit with spare batteries for alarm fob and don't leave me stranded plus some spare fuses. A fold up Oxford rucksack and my Gortex overtrousers. I really should get a puncture kit but I have been bad an not bought a replacement yet.

I only carry the original tool kit and a battery CTek battery tender quick connect plug. A side stand pad is a good idea though.
It may only be my opinion but it's mine!

Complication, and stuff that shouldn't be complicated.
And no gloves.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
