Just found this old picture of my workshop, with the two old bikes in. Stage 2 / 3

Wish I had all three, but that's a bit greedy!

More than happy to get together when she is here and running properly.

im up for the trip down to cornwall  .
Or preferably a meet at brands hatch on june 12th GP track
with focused events  10 places left at the moment £209.00
YES ! it would be rather greedy to have all 3 ..... but in fairness i would too
if i had the money ...... which unfortunatley .... i dont :(

looks like you had quite the stable at one point , i did hear from simon
that you had owned mine and mr gilsons , do you have anymore photos
knocking around , it would be nice to see some action shots from
when you were racing them .

Yes, 92 blade, a black one, mine new in 1992, original 18000 miles.

When I blew up my Moriwaki cbr1000 one year, I took her for a brands gp track day. I have never been slagged off so much, what is that bike doing here I was asked by loads.

The rear shock was not ( still isn't) so good and she was locking the rear end when I was breaking, down shifting into clearways, it looked like I was laying down black lines, sliding the bike into the corner, really I was just trying not to crash! Some bloke on a r6 complained and I was hauled in by the organiser to calm down! (On my original 92 mint bike!)

Couple of pics for those who like them.

(Sorry don't let anyone near the workshop, ESP my wife , kids and those I have not known and been into battle with! No offence meant but years ago a guy who came to buy some rc45 parts, came back later with mates and stole my medd rc45! Never to be seen again. I'm not sure the bike will be go by early summer, with work and what condition the engine is in, will have to wait until she arrives)

Still stunning, when I first got them off Roger this one came with two extra sets of dymags, full body work and air ducts, tank and a load of engine parts. I went down to Dave Heals place and cleared him out of spares, my misses went mad when I told her how much I had spent! I still wonder where the paolie 50mm front end went. Forks, yolks, endurance spindle, bars, wheel and disc and full Brembos.

When the RAF guy took her to Cyprus she was road registered, I still have the old number plate and light unit he had on her. I hope you have the road docs that were with her.

I saw her later advertised in the mcn and went straight to buy her, amazingly after being ridden all over Cyprus she was still great, nothing missing or robbed of her. I had roger rebuild the engine with new pistons etc, but disaster on the run in on the dyno and another engine had to be built. You have an almost new one there as I know Simon never really rode her, bad back, cost me a fortune!

She also went with the 99 Moriwaki catalog and all the old road Mags from when she was raced, article on revolution racing, the one roger had on his workshop wall, gus Scott raced her in the last round of the bsbk 99 at donnington and there was a mcn article on the day, very wet and I think it was about 3s off the pace.

I will find some pics of her on the track when I get home next as the pics are not on this computer.

The stage 3 one went over to Jersey for Marcus Bisson to hill climb, it held loads of records untill the advent of the supermotard. I went over on the ferry and got her back years later when I had the chance to have both again. I only ever rode her at Cadwell and brands and the chance of Simon crafars rc45 wsbk ment she was sold. Still I managed a 51s lap on her, not bad untill a guy on a 125 came past. He was doing 48s laps.
(Turned out to be Leon Haslam!)

:(
nope , didnt get the dymags
didnt get the spare bodywork , except some air ducts .
no paolie`s and all the front end .
no road documents ?.
no engine spares .
But the bike wasn't advertised with spare parts so none were expected

though i have managed to find :
A full set of moriwaki carbon bodywork / currently on the bike .
plus a spare carbon ram-air kit.
a penske shock .
a spare spondon frame .
a spondon seat frame .
some stage 2 pistons .
stage 2 cams & springs .
moriwaki carbs .
moriwaki velosity stacks .
stage 2 headers .
plus a few other body panels n stuff .

to be honest i wouldnt have expected all the parts to stay with her
would have been nice though

yes please more piccies when you can
