Post by Chris58 »

I bought a spare engine at my local bike shop. I wont need all of the parts off it. Also have parts lying around from my last build.

If anyone is in need of any parts off of it shoot me a message.

All prices here are CAD, Shipping is not included.

Here is available:

$40 - Stock rods
$500 - Carrillo H-beam rods
$40 - Stock pistons
$40 - Full set of valves (I have 2 sets)
$80 - Set of cams (I have 2 sets)
$80 - Crank shaft
$40 - oil pump
$40 - OEM cam chain tensioner
$200 - complete clutch pack

Im not going to list every part in the engine here... there is more

Cheers

Sorry to be a pain Chris but your add needs prices please & if shipping is included...

You might get a few interested in various bits but the cost of shipping from Canada may make the costs too high...

The coated pistons and spare valve sets are worth buying. I assume they are the standard JE 10.4 to 1 or so?
Did the coating add anything to the dimensions- i.e. will they still fit in std bores?
And what was the coating, Teflon?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Hey Tony, JE 11.5 to 1 with a solid film dry lubricant. They will not fit in std bore with the film, but it could probably be removed or thinned down with some careful handy work.

valves are also in great shape.
