Practical sportsbikes ran an article along the same lines a few years ago, and listed a receipe which contained wintergreen oil.
Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero
F3, 954 USD front, K Tech springs, Braced swinger, Penske shock, Six spoke Mockesini wheels, Harris rearsets, QaT, Flywheel diet!, A&L stacks, stick coils, K&N, FP Ti jets, lashings of Ti & CF

Not necessarily with the list of ingredients he used but certainly it's doable with wintergreen oil and heat. I'll try to dig out the issue and scan it on here, if I remember!

I found this discussion on another forum, spookily VTR250, where the article in PS has caused some discussion. Seems there is some dispute as to the success or otherwise of the treatment. They obviously missed out the hot sauce!!!!
