Hi all,

Decided I'm going to keep a log here of everything I do to this machine from day 1, and maybe get some feedback from you guys.
I'll start with a photo of delivery day and go from there post by post.

Here she is! Day 1. 27/11/2019
Mileage: 26587
Year: 97

Decided to call her Lillith as I kept mixing up the US name with our name and calling it a Firehawk, which is a main story character of one of my favourite game series.

Insurance only £109! Noice.

New bits!
Black double bubble
Black, fuller, belly pan from a local company in Poole.
Shorty levers, cheap ones from China but they're lasting well!

Not shown here:
New AGM battery, shiny new stainless bolts all over my cockpit.

Not long into lockdown boredom I decided my forks needed a seeing to (oo err)

Used a dremel to pull off all the old crap. Bit of etching primer and a nice silver wheel paint and we're there!

While I was here I also replaced the sprockets and chain and put new sprocket nuts on.
One of the few photos where my wheels are clean too! And yes, I do hate them.

(Also, anyone know why my photos keep rotating on here? They're fine on my PC)

I'm yet to look at the rear spring, I think I want to replace it.
It's very hard, no static sag, and I can't for the life of me get the adjustment to turn at all!

Less weight, engine changes speed quicker.
