I've had carbon cans on mine with no issues, apparently you can blow them apart if you let the packing go on them, but never seen evidence of it happening on any quality cans!
My arrows got big hole in them !!
Check them for discolouration often or you’ll find a nice big hole in them

'tis the problem with carbon cans on a big twin, the bigger exhaust pulses wreak havoc unless you really stay on top of things...
