My beast

Post by jasonbrownett »

Hi peeps here’s my storm only had her about 6 months and was total stock when I got her. Mods are lightened flywheel thanks to mr fabiostar (great pornstar name) sp engineering cans with high level link pipes, mcct, jetted carbs, pipercross filter,Penske racing rear shock, quick action throttle, one tooth extra rear sprocket and in process of fitting blade 954 forks just mudguard and calipers to fit this week. Love this bike even if they are finicky buggers to get running spot on but must admit I’ve had more fun on this bike than any other I’ve had ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

well done that man, I really like what you've done with the std rearsets, I think they're boring as std, and they look shite when people drill holes in them, so it's nice to see something different.....

have you posted a thread on fitting the fireblade forks please? a better option than the other upgrages to valving and springs, or with its own compromises and problems to solve?

comparing with the signature photo, i prefer the effect of the black tail. reds a great colour - but breaking it up with the black is a surprising improvement.

i made an assumption that the forks were for the suspension benefits, rather than the brakes, or wheels and tyres. cant have too much brakes

i agree, a subtle and effective change. all takes time and thought. good choice, well executed. are they adjustable front-back and up-down?
