Update Ducati Project 3 OCT 15

Post by Flatline »

So, the parts are back from powder coating

I think the exhausts look good, though I am not too sure about the red swing arm now

Will have to see what it looks like when built up

Can't see the photos down under.

Post a few more pics of your progress!

When you finally finish it I want a You Tube Vid at the least so I can hear what it sounds like!

Love to see it on the road.

Sorry to say it but, nothing sounds like a Duc. That was hard to say!

Maybe it's time to change the title from "first time project " to long term project:-)

Flatster was 21 with hair when he started this. He's now a hairless zone and 85! Don't hold your breath!!! :)

It's been that long the Polaroid pictures you stuck up in the 70's have dropped off the forum!!!!

Update June 2016

Post by Flatline »

Now that the VTR is finished, it's time to get this thing finished

To that end, I have cleaned up and sorted the workshop, and made a start

Last year I took some of the bike apart again and had quite a few bits powder coated

Started to re fit them today

So here is the bike having just put the wheels back on

That's the start point

The idea now is to get it on the road

Once that is done, I can start to make some decisions on colour etc
