New Old guy

Post by Ericthenorse »

Howdy from California.... Brother gave me his old '98. Swapped the front for cbr954, and upgraded to rc51 sp1 front wheel, and cbr900rr rear(Gold painted for the added HP...) Now set to swap the fork tubes fro sp1 units, and doing an sp2 swingarm swap. Hope to bother you guys with endless silly questions... :)

Welcome, enjoy the madhouse. I do hope your not going to taunt us with pictures of your bike in glorious California sunshine too much. After all this is the UK and we are so not used to the sun 🀣🀣🀣

Ow...... The hurts!..... Well, it is a naked bike.... Pulled the cover off to see if I can remember what my Grandmother taught me about sewing.... It had a custom cover on it, but it had rotted away. Got red and black "carbon look" vinyl to make a new one....

Likewise. I will always treasure more favourable comment than those heaped on me by my ex-wife!
