So they are definitely just standard CCT's but they are new ones. Will change to manual ones.

Managed to snap one of the nipples off the fuel tap when I was taking one of the hoses off. Didn't take any pressure so I assume it was on it's way out anyway. So will need replaced.

But changed oil & filter, air filter, spark plugs. Drained the coolant and put new stuff in. Taken all the callipers and hoses off and I'll get some braided ones made up. Pads are not surprisingly knackered, so will change them and discs.

Not to bad for a couple of hours today.

Fuel tap (on earlier, 16litre tank round dials models) has a spare nozzle- if it's the one pointing vertically downwards it's a drain so doesn't have a hose connected anyway.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Yep.
You need a new tap from an early series Storm.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
