You can fit a new ceramic bearing but it's really only needed if it starts leaking psst the seal.
And they're not cheap....
There's a small drain hole just forward of the water pump with either just a plain hole or a 90degrees spigot.
If the water level drops then it's worth looking into, not otherwise.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
