Snetterton is the only one remotely near me this year...

I shall be up on the 6th. Hopefully with a cousin and his lad in tow
I've got to be gone by three though. I'm off out on the tiles and need to make myself beautiful
or that's what the wife said

Nice one  I'll be in a blue 6x3 awning/gazebo, there might be a few of them though
Look for a White VFR and Black XJ600. Both will be number 34.

Okay, so after two or three laps of the paddock I managed to find him.
On my way I managed to find quite a lot of eye candy of the two wheeled variety
Image
Some of it for sale
Image
Others just to look at
Image
And some just to dribble over
Image

A fantastic day out folks and for fifteen quid you can’t go wrong. If you get the chance go out there and support it, it’s great

Also got to watch the acclaimed Poppers in action and see him with his business head on
Image
He managed to knock of 2 seconds on his race time compared to his practice time by the time I had to leave on Saturday and I’m sure there would have been more to follow as the weather improved Image
By the way Pops, next time I see a white 750 under a blue awning, I’ll check out his number never entering his van and shouting hello. Give my apologies to 136 will yaImage

Was good to see you there Pete, Thanks for coming along :D . There's always plenty of nice bikes at these meetings, even mine was all shiny :o

Once sorted the brake problems and suspension things were going much better until it dropped a cylinder :( finished a race on 3 then changed a plug as number 1 wasn't firing at high revs, I didn't think it would be a plug but that's all I had to try. next race it happened again on the 2nd lap so I pulled out.
Now got to find the problem, might be difficult as I can't replicate the situation in my workshop. I hope I get it sorted for Pembrey or it will be an expensive wasted weekend.

Still I enjoyed my first visit to castle Combe.
