+1 and it looks as if Crutchpiece can finally mix with the top guys, and is stringing some good results together. Must get a Works ride next season?

Good race, but would it have been the same result if Lorenzo and Pedrso were there?

I don't think the winner would have changed, not sure about the other podium positions though.. 3rd place definitely wouldn't have been on the podium.. Who knows about 2nd? :confused

Can't get a full official factory bike as there is no seats free next year,

his M1 is very very close they say to the one used by Jorge and Rossi

it would have been Pedrosa as he goes very well here, then Lorenzo then the first place man (not spoiling the race for others so left name out)

hope pedrosa is good for laguna seca as hes a demon at that track

Ducati hasn't signed on Hayden for definite next year, only Dovi I believe. So there's a possibly open seat, it's just we don't know if they want to keep Hayden or what :confused

It'll be a damn shame if he doesn't get a ride, he is easily one of the best riders out there. His starts are pretty crap, yeah.. But he still blasts his way through, if he works on his starts he will be able to win a lot of these races.. Well, I think so at least...

Nicky is a great rider he was world champion in 2006 people forget that,

the ducati has seen his fortune change, to sign for that team is to thrown your chance of a win out the window,

the only other guy I think that could ride round a problem like stoner did on the Duke would be marquez as he has a similar loose throw your balls at the wall hold it wide open style

To leave Yamaha for the Ducati you would have to be either pushed out the team or looking to take as much money from a ride before you retire

I was like 12 in 2006, wasn't watching motogp or anything back then

I agree that leaving for Ducati would be brave/stupid on Crutchlow's part.. But Tech 3 already has 2 riders signed for next year, and the factory yamaha currently has Lorenzo and Rossi... I don't think either of them will be finishing after this year. Lorenzo is still as good as ever, and Rossi is finally catching his groove back after his win the other week or whatever. He might have been considering quitting before that, but I don't think he would be anymore.. Doesn't seem to be anywhere else Cal could go

Tech 3 will not loose Cal they cannot afford to, they will run 3 bikes if they have to for the year

We shall see, I want him to stay with Tech 3.. Or any Yamaha really, he knows how to ride a Yamaha and he's bloody good at it. Only time will tell

I enjoyed the race a lot, but I can't help thinking it would have been better with Lorenzo and Pedrosa there.

What a horrible track spitting of all those riders in qualifying 8O I think we were lucky no more riders got injuries bad enough putting them out of the race as well.

Chris.
