Vanstub...

Post by MacV2 »

Steve called me this morning... Some very low life nicked his bike sometime this morning...

Now this was the Hound of the Baldervilles so they must of been a bit desperate...  & yes he has seen the funny side of it...

Parked in his front garden, granite disc lock, huge chain & lock on the rear wheel, It's been parked there, the past 18 months, no rear access so he has always parked his bikes there....

He recons they must have frozen the disc lock & chain & snapped them, as there was no noise & the bits of chain on the floor were clean brakes rather than cut... 8O

All reported, hopefully for them they wont be seen by him riding it or it could end up messy...

So if you see any bits for sale, give us a heads up...

The yella wheels may be the give away if bits go up for sale...

As you can see he cant see why anyone would bother...

It was a dog of a bike, but feel sorry for Steve and hope that the scum that took it get harsh payback

Sorry to hear this, no tracker on it, then?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

No but then any tracker would probably be worth more than the bike...
