Statement of intent

Post by tony.mon »

Every so often, I feel the need to re-evaluate my life; to set the rules of engagement; to draw the lines in the sand.
Based on nothing much but a few hours' sleep and some moderate alcohol consumption, I re-affirm this observation:

I choose to reject compromise.
If that proves impractical, I will select an alternative environment.

Anyone else have anything similar that they use as an underpinning value set for their life?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I am a firm believer in "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you". That being said, if you choose to f**k with me, I play to win...

I always think, there's things for what ever reason you can't change, so learn to live with them, and there's things you can change, so stop moaning, get on with it and change them.
Example.
You can't change the people in your environment, but you can change your environment, to meet different people.
As my signature says
Do What You Like
Like What You Do
Or the other way round, either way round works.
