Managed a 104.5 mile ride @ 17.5mph average today! Bloomin' knackered.

Burnt 4000 calories, climbed up 2,861 ft of hills...

Won't even break a sweat on my next track day on the storm 8O :wink:

wow, was that still on your old raleigh ? that is a seriously good average even for a shorter run never mind a 100

Cheers dude, that was on my old Eddy Merckx. I've been ramping up the training recently, slowly getting quicker.

Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up, ALDI have some cycling related gear on offer this Sunday. Backpacks, jackets, socks etc.

I'm going to grab a few bargains!!

Cracking weekend in Scotland this weekend. Two days riding Innerleithen then Ae yesterday. Not been out on the big bike for ages.

Ae forest and the 7 Staines area is same area where we do OP Storm SW Scotland. cracking terrain :thumbup:

Dumfries is about 3 hours from me, Pebbles another hour. The plan is to have the The Hound up and running by the end of the month then get out on it. Although it'll probably spill over to next month.

Would be great to meet up with a few folks on here.
