This was our ‘stags’ outfit for HootersImage
Tom, my future son in law, went to one of the other tables with four Asian lads sitting at it, and took their order down on a pad! The look on their faces were priceless!
There were some interesting old cars on display at the race course

Driving a steam locomotive at Spa Valley Railway today.
A right laugh!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Similar engineering to that old bike of yours Tony

Why not combine both interests - https://goo.gl/images/uVJJBv

Might take more than Dymags and some Ti to lighten the steering though!

Took the big Pan out for the 1st big ride of the year.
It's still not right that you can have so much fun on something so big.
Just so balanced.
Don't hassle me
I'll get there at some time

The big ones always love a good ride, and will do almost anything
Break it, mend it, mod it, thrash it. If it's made then it's bettered by beer and goggles. Me bikes had Kwak ZZR, Suzuki TL1000s, Yama R1, Aprilia RSV. Now have VTR, Honda CB750 hand built brat/trickster, Yama XS750 and wee old Vespa.

Today was supposed to be cloudy with rain coming in from the west. Well they got that wrong, it was a cracking sunny day for a blast to wales.

Only down side was coming across an accident where some old bloke on a BSA had miss read a 90deg bend and run into the hedge and wire fence. Fortunately the landing the other side of the fence was a semi dry bog, so he had a softish landing and was up and movingImage
It was jammed tight between the wire fencing and the fence post, so No way to get it out by hand. The farmer had gone off to get a tractor with front bucket to see if he could lift it out.

it was the same bend, on the B road off the Crossgates to Newtown road, where Flatline crashed on OP Storm Wales many years ago ... but in the other direction. there was a big group of them with all sorts of old bikes and sidecars, and a few wives in cars acting as back up.... basically what OP storm will be like in 15yrs time
