Well done mate, they look just like mine did when I polished them, but they will turn a goldie colour once you start the engine and about 1/2 an hours riding. Personally though I like the goldie look

Carpet .......I did them on the kitchen worktops hahah pleased the mrs .A bit of a bonus she cleaned the mess up after .
I don't mind them turning a gold ish colour I don't ride in the wet as I'm a wimp but couldn't resist having a go hahah

It took about 3 days hahah but I did cheat and use power tools where I could .They were in a very sorry state before so even 10 minutes worth of effort would gave looked bettereamonn wrote:Brilliant job, how long did it take ?
