Your opinion on Tuono purchase

Post by Ckennedy »

I brought these the other day and they arrive on my door this afternoon. I've fitted one but I'm rather unsure at the moment. The eBay add said it was carbon not carbon Kevlar. What do you lot think? I think it kinda goes and kinda doesn't go

Nope nor me, That colour is quite odd but good as its different, they match well. Give them a go, they may grow on you.

My thoughts exactly. They blend in well with the panel behind them, also it's nice too mix a bit dark with lights. Close up they look a bit strange (snakeskin) but it looks to me like something that will grow on you.

Iv come to the decision that I don't like them now. I fitted them yesterday after welding up the left hand crash bung bracket as it had cracked and the small damage to the right hand cover is annoying me more than the damaged standard one. So there up for sale on the rsvr forum, failing that iv spoken to the seller and he is happy to refund upon me sending them back and him having them back in his hands :s going to wait for some proper carbon ones

I'm not a big fan of carbon fibre to be honest with you, I had enough of it in the 90's  , but if you like it then whatever floats your boat mate, its good your taking pride in your ride.
