Before anyone gets worried about a damaged Firestorm it was my mountain bike I fell off - a few scratches but nothing terrible. Me on the other hand. I have a nice big hole in my elbow and bruised ribs that are starting to feel more like cracked ribs. I'm getting too old for this.
Ooooh I feel your pain...The only good thing for ribs is BBQ sauce...

I'd laugh if it didn't hurt so much.

Cleaned up elbow isn't as bad as I thought.

Busy anesthetising myself now Rob. The Storm had new oil, filter and the nasty orangey coloured brake fluid replaced with nice new yellow stuff yesterday. Ready for Croft a week on Thursday. Should be fun :?

Tell me about it...you got sneezing to look forward to yet as well...Just do your absolute upmost not to, if you feel a sneeze coming, pinch your nose or anything you can do to stop it...It feking hurts like hell & coz you have just emptied your lungs of air by sneezing...your desperate to suck air back in but the pain has you gasping like a 100 year old that has been on 60 a day since he was 12 years old... Or you get to about 3 1/2 weeks & are feeling better about life the universe & your not so sore ribs...1 sneeze puts them out again...

Looks like you have demon on your elbow. :eek2

Well I couldn't wait so got the panels rubbed down with 400 grit wet n dry and done some light filling on pin holes and bit more around the oval where the indicators go as it needed building up a tad. Tomorrow I shall be giving them another coat of acrylic ready for 1200 grit and then the 2k can come out. I'm going to have to be careful with that stuff so will take my time and it will be light dust coats to begin with. I don't want any reactions.

gave mine a clean and check over, hoping to head home this week. dam she's got a wide butt, just like her owner. I still haven't ridden at speed with the side panniers, so that should be fun, i'll weigh each side pannier when loading, to make sure it's even.
