great service from hel

Post by agentpineapple »

Before Xmas I ordered some braided lines from hel, I asked for them to be made 25mm longer than standard, when they arrived they weren't long enough, I contacted hel and explained that they looked like the standard length, straight away they sent me another set of lines free of charge, they didn't even ask for the other lines to be sent back.
Top customer service, I will deffo be using them again....

Alright, I'll bite, what do you want for the standard length set you don't need?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

haha thanks for those kind words.
As they were donated to me, if anyone who is attending the workshop day (at the cheeky b8stard's house)
would like them fitted or otherwise, let me know.
