I can book but there isn't much interest at the moment, no Tony, no Bazza this time. need to drum up more interest, i can put it to facebook and hope no nobs want to come

We need 9 to make 3 chalets, shouldn't really be difficult but seems to be the meet with least interest :(

Just phoned and we can have the usual chalets, to get last years price we have to pay in full by 11th Jan, no chance of that, if not we have to pay the latest price of £201 per chalet, if 9 of us that makes £67 each. if we get 4 to a chalet it would be £50.25 (call it £51).

I haven't reserved as yet as once I do that we need to pay a £50 deposit per chalet within 7 days.

I really recommend this run, I'm disappointed I can't go, but if you're not sure about going, do it- it's a laugh, no pressure and I'm definitely going next year.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Right guys after due consultation with powers that be (swbo) I am hoping you can squeeze a fat one in. Let me know if I am on a list. We are all on a list, we just don't always know.

That's great, I've added you both to the list :)
when I reserve the chalets I will be looking for a deposit most pay £50 then when we know final numbers nearer the time (6-7 weeks before) the small remaining part can be sent over.

up to 7 now, So i will reserve 3 chalets next week.

7 names so far, 2 more to go to fill the chalets with provision for another 1 in each chalet. if we pay up by 11th Jan then then it's £192 a chalet, that makes £64 each for 9, if we pay later (£201 pr chalet) then it would go up to £67 each. If we can't fill the last 2 places (i'm sure we will ?) then the price would be higher unfortunately.
Still bloody cheap for 3 nights by the sea in a luxury* chalet, they even have tv's and of course there's the chilli dogs on arrival :biggrin

* a homeless person would call then luxury for sure, but lets just say they are homely and clean with a nice view, pubs and cafe's nearby, park bikes directly outside, :D
