based on last years time keeping where we were an hour late before we got the Hawes and then hemoraged time from there, the best I can predict is "later on Friday Afternoon"
I will try and do some sums when we get closer to the time and set out a time for various meeting pints

The Hartside cafe is about 40 mins from my place but Alston may be a better place to meet. If you are coming up that way. Just let me know closer to the time.

might make sense to fill up in the petrol station before Hartside café, that way we wont loose half the group navigating the roundabouts in Penrith
