Update for Op Storm Yorkshire Dales

Post by Flatline »

Just a quick update for those considering, (or not considering) turning up and joining in the fun time that is an Op Storm

Whatever you think it will be like.................it's not like that

There are 2 groups

There is no pressure to ride fast

There is a system in place to ensure riders are not left behind

There is a front marker and rear marker

No one cares if you are fast or slow (only you do)

No one has regretted turning up

You will find that it is much better on the forum when you have met some of the other members in person

It gives you a chance to see what others have done to their bikes

It gives you a chance to see and ride roads you may not have been on before

It gives you a chance to see and ride roads you have not ridden for a while

You get a chance to meet people who become life long friends that will help you at the drop of a hat

And last but not least................Its actually quite a laugh

So come on guys and gals, give it a try, book your place and let's see you there

Not going to make the weekend but trying to get there for the Saturday ride. And anyone considering going as mentioned above don't let anything put you off turning up.
