Well home (5 hours of back-road riding to end the weekend properly) - I'm going to ache tomorrow & I've still go a damp butt (no comments Ady/Bazza)

As mentioned huge thanks to organisers, back-markers and ALL for making me feel to welcome - I literally had a blast! You're a fab bunch of...I'll leave you to fill in the blank.

Here's to next time

(Photos/GoPro footage to be shared over next day or so)

Managed to ride into a monsoon all 3 days, got caught 30 miles from home today and the road had 1" standing water after about 3min

Thanks to almost everyone for the crack... Don't think I have laughed as much as when we were sat in the pub early doors Saturday night..... That took talking shite to a whole new level.

Cheers to Ziggy for the hospitality Friday night, and Phil for the same on Saturday..

Will look at the GoPro footage later
"Almost everyone for the crack" eh! :wtf: :?

Good ride on Saturday lads, hope I didn't hold you up too much.
Got hit in a full on monsoon on the M1 just before Leeds all the way to Sheffield, at least the helmet kept my head dry, everything else absolutely soaked.
looking forward to seeing the gopro footage.

A bit late posting as it has been manic since coming back.

Considering that me and Tony stopped for fuel and cleaned our lids, this is what mine looked like after the last 100 miles.

Very short GoPro video has been uploaded onto Youtube - note I only recorded the slow pootles (+ some fun bits, like Ali's back fires on the cyclist and tourists, pmsl!!!) to give a feeling of group riding and togetherness of these trips but not the nerve-wrecking fun that goes on top (maybe next time with better camera mounting!)

ziggy the 1st ride from Hawes to the viaduct at Ribbleshead with you just infront of me is cracking, but might need to keep it off public viewing :D
I will try and get it onto youtube and set it as private
