You are pretty close pete. he was a biker from 16 to 30, but saw one of his mates die in front of him and has never ridden a bike since. He still watches all the racing, but has never got on a bike again

I feel for him, I really do. I can certainly see his point of view. I've always been a little more pragmatic and relied on the fact there are plenty of other riders out there behaving like knobs and far more likely to become a statistic than me. ... And if it's no ones fault and I've just been unlucky, well it could have just as easily been a bus whilst crossing the road (or choking on the Mrs cooking ) at least I,ve lived and done it the way I want to
Have a great weekend, the Sunday weather looks like it should give some good racing

Hey Al,
I'll be there as well!
A mate and I are driving down overnight tonight, aiming to get to the circuit just before opening time tomorrow.
Cheers,
Matt

Good first day, there is a chance of a podium for a Brit in all 3 classes
I am in the grandstand at club corner, cracking vantage point

Saw a red one in the carpark near gate 16 (not the bike park). It was chained to an R1.

Re: MotoGP Silverstone
its the only way an R1 could possibly keep up with a red storm.AMCQ46 wrote:Saw a red one in the carpark near gate 16 (not the bike park). It was chained to an R1.
