I thought all speed camera vans had to come with a warning, same as Gatso's as they are there for 'Safety' not revenue? I thought that was the change a couple of years ago??

that's your warning.
only fixed cameras have to be in yellow.
tbh i think they should have the speed in a big circle on the back of them as well.
and they should also nick drivers for going too slow.
