Not so sure on the CPU as I'm more of an Intel person, but the whole thing seems solid enough for what you want.

Get a refurbished MacBook > http://www.scrumpymacs.co.uk/store/macb ... 13-24.html

A supplier I use for my hardware and recommend.

no idea about that product but several family members have Samsung phones which have been no problem.

my daughter has a touchscreen "tablet" type Samsung and she loves it

overall it think Samsung is one of the better brands out there? ?

you could try Argos outlet on ebay, they do factory refurbished lap tops at decent money, a few months ago I bought a HP pavilion g6 laptop, core i3 cpu, 1TB hard drive, 8GB ram,HDMI out, Dolby sound,USB 3.0 etc running windows 8.1 for £270 not a touch screen but at that money I didn't expect it to be, its been faultless so far, it came boxed upand with rthe protective stickers just like new.
I've now gone all European and bought a KTM Superduke GT and Aprilia RSV1000R :D ,
Storm is now gone  .
