you got to watch out for roadkill as well. i had a nasty wobbly going round a bend quite quickly and went over a squashed hedgehog. had a bumblebee hit right in the middle of my visor at about 80 . the helmet rang like a bell!

i recently invested the minimum amount i could (24.99 i think) on a rear paddock stand. for me this has been money well spent, it works as well as it possibly could and also gives me confidence when doing basic maintenance/cleaning. im no genius with a spanner but it gives me confidence to have a go.

today, well yesterday i changed the oil and the filter. whilst i was at it i repainted the little plastic belly pan as 11 years of riding had sandblasted a black stripe down the middle of it. i bought a chrome k and n filter which was a bit of a waste of the extra quid as you cant really see it !! b...

like all insurance deals you only find out how good they are if you need to make a claim. the cheapo premium is ok but its the claims service which counts..

oh well its reassuring to hear other people have similar experiences! i dont mind the revs dropping its the clonk i dont like!. spoke to guy this morning whos got some 1600cc v twin cruiser or other and he recommends getting the carbs checked out for balance so who knows? thanks for the input so far.

hi every body. anyone know whats up with my bike? it starts on the button everytime , warms up nicely, pulls like the proverbial train through the gears , dosent back fire just that lovely burble on the overrun but occasionally when im sitting at lights or whatever at tickover theres a scary sort of...
