Ordered a pair of K-tech fork springs yesterday, should be delivered today. In the meantime I've removed the progressive WP springs and re-set the air gap.
As soon as they arrive they'll be fitted and then set the sag.

Hi there. I know this goes back some time but I have a similar issue and wondered if you actually resolved the issue? Yes, sorted it. As was suggested, I removed the wheel again and double checked the spacers which were the correct way around. Refitted same as before and torqued up the spindle bolt...

Similar to a helicoil but it's a solid steel barrel rather than a coil of wire. We use them at work and they're easier to fit than a helicoil as well as more reliable.
