Good to see the cat Marty :thumbup: It looks pretty scary with what I take to be smoke in the 3rd and 4th photo's. some goods news at last, we went back to the house this evening to look for the missing cat, we're only allowed in the fire zone for a few hours. and we are over the moon that he turned up. a tad dirty/sooty but otherwise ok, we'll take him to the vets on Monday for a check up. Sad about the rabbit...

some goods news at last, we went back to the house this evening to look for the missing cat, we're only allowed in the fire zone for a few hours. and we are over the moon that he turned up. a tad dirty/sooty but otherwise ok, we'll take him to the vets on Monday for a check up.

Quick update 48hrs since the fire and we have been briefly allowed home to try and find our cat. And to access the damage. Sadly no sign of the cat. All we could do was leave food and water and hope he returns. I'd say out of our 15 acres. At least 12 acres is burned. But amazingly all the buildings...

Not so much as today. But yesterday me and my family had to evacuate our home in north eastern Spain because of a massive forest fire. We only had time to grab our pets and leave. Dam you drive fast when you see huge flames heading towards you. Sadly we couldn't find our cat. But I think he'll be ok...

welcome
also check the starter motor terminal for corrosion, it's located right at the front of the engine, right where all the crap comes off of the front wheel, pull back the rubber boot and smoother with grease to prevent corrosion, and check it every 6 months or so.
