Got a decent settlement on the bike and might be able to make it now Bought the vtr back and got it on the road again. Not as pretty as before but work in progress.

She was a jaw dropper. Fairing,screen,headlight and the tank has an imprint of my tackle. Support bracket for fairing twisted. Front mudguard and forks twisted but seem not to bent. My injuries are severely bruised tackle. severe bruising to my pride and a broken heart

Looks like I won't be there. Trashed me bike while ogling scantilly clad nubile half naked in the sun. Just serviced it and new chain and sprockets too

All sorted now. Must have been dodgy connection. Pulled em all apart and reconnected em. Hey presto. Works now. Phew

I'm getting it in the workshop in the morning to start going through all the wiring from the sender onwards. Thanks for the pointer.
