Okay, going to change the old (oem?) grips on my bike. Fancy some Renthal medium compound shorties but any suggestions welcome.

Re: Vinyl Wrap for Fairing Repair?
Welcome to the superfast storm club. How deep are the scratches. You may be able to polish (t cut) them out. Wrapping a tank is not easy and jumping straight into the deep end. What are you like at wrapping parcels. (:-}) Okay if I take my time. But looking at the Workshop I think both the alarm an...

Vinyl Wrap for Fairing Repair?
Picked up my Storm last Sunday, rode it back 220 miles and put it straight in the garage. Looking around it tonight I'm pretty happy that it's straight, runs without any suspicious noises (LOUD bloody cans though) and all the electricals work (even the daft alarm) but: it needs some TLC. The rear fa...

Re: cheap touchscreen tablet
I bought a Pipo Max M1, so good I got the wife and me dad one. Very good screen and has an HDMI output so you can plug it into your tv. All Android apps available (except Sky Go don't work on it yet): http://www.amazon.co.uk/PIPO-Tablet-Bluetooth-Android-Capacitive/dp/B008YTF6HG oh, and the Kindle e...

Sounds like a plan, are they (looms) easy to get hold of though? Also thanks to CheekyKev - sorry can't reply mate due to not having reached the 50 post limit for PMscybercarl wrote:Buy another loom and change the complete loom over.

Cheers Steve, can understand why. Thinking I'll take it to a decent set of auto-electricians with all the paperwork. May be expensive, but just want it gone.

Hi all,
got back in one piece! 250 mile first ride on a Firestorm after years off the road? Piece of piss! Lol
Superb ride, very "civilised" bike, manners impeccable, loud ART cans need to go though, even gave me headache! Datatool alarm is also a PITA

Datatool Alarm Removal
Hi guys,
Picked up my Firestorm today. Bit of a dog but that's what winters are for....
Anyhoo, it has a Datatool Meta 2 alarm fitted. The bugger drains the battery and seems like a waste of space. Anyone removed one, is it easy to do?

Hi Guys/Gals,
Hello one and all. Picking up my Firestorm on Sunday (black 1999 model), so maybe a bit previous here. Not having even sat on the bike yet, and being only 5' 6" will I fit alright or will I be cranking over to get a foot down at the traffic lights? Not ridden a big bike for some years, my last ...
