Now I know why the bike has been feeling "odd"
Messed with the fork oil level the other day and the bike just hasn't "felt" right since..... So I head out to pick up some more fork oil to just start over, make it about 2 miles from my house..... and a rear wheel bearing explodes :eek2 I did get lucky as it looks like there is no real d...

Re: Standard Fork Upgrade Service Guide
The way I have interpreted "fastest possible return, but under control" is the fastest return with no "bounce" when it tops out. So I am looking for the suspension to return smoothly and just stop when it gets to the top of the stroke. If it slows or bounces at the top, it needs ...

Re: What's annoyed you today??
Wait dovel and o ring? You are talking about the reed valve? Yeh the read valve was flipped. I'm talking about right in the centre of the cylinder head. There is a circular tube type, for want of a better word, dowel with an O ring. that slots in the head and on the underside of the cam cover. (:-}...

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
It was my turn to play spin the rotor buttons today as my brakes have been acting up lately..... The good news is I found one that was a bit sticky, so I hope that was the issue.... The bad news......the cbr1000rr rotors that I use have 10 buttons each...... Also lowered my fork fluid 20cc p...
