Re: Nice lookin' bike

   I just think it would be easier to charge a bike overnight and not lose any time, than to fill up before/after work and get stuck in traffic that won't let me filter through as a result :p Same range as I get on the hornet, without switching to reserve too. More than enough to get...

Re: Nice lookin' bike

Look wise it's OK but much the same as all the new sports bikes of the last 10 years...square & angular...Soooo so-so. Plus being electric you will defiantly need a playing card pegged to the spokes ...or make vroom vroom noises as you ride along... ''Picked up me new bike yesterday...'' '...

Re: Brake lines, pads & fluid

OK Brakes. You may also want to make sure that all the circular bobbins on the discs all spin freely which gives you a floating disc. Just put a nut and bolt through each one and spin them a bit to free them up. (:-}) I didn't know that!! You learn something new every day Thanks buddy Oh yes this i...

Re: Swingarm spindle

Agree with the post from Al & Carl, both mention taking the weight off or jacking the rear up but don't say how... Easiest way is to hoist bike up via the subframe either with ratchet straps or ropes/ chains. Use roof joist if you have a garage... Use a step ladder as an A frame...Or build a Wic...

Re: What mirrors to use after flatbar convertion.

Would bar end mirrors be an option ? I think that would be an option, I saw that Mac got some in his flat bar kit "whats in the box#2", so perhaps Steve can say if they woked for him..........or perhaps he sold them to Mac because they were crap  He said they were quite good as it ha...
