I got another engine for that bike with a lot much less km, I was thinking in a swap..the amount of work is quite the same

easy fix check the spark plugs.... if I found oil on them ? Your question was about which head need to be serviced.if you found oil on both,both heads need to be serviced yes sorry I just found the front cylinder plug a little wet, the rear is perfect hope is a valve seal or guide...if not I'm womb...

how is possible to have both cyl rings and bores worn? the bike run well In my opinion I have got more likely a valve problem, the smoke appear for a while on acc and then disappear now the problem is which head need to be serviced... :?: easy fix check the spark plugs.... if I found oil on them ?

In my opinion I have got more likely a valve problem, the smoke appear for a while on acc and then disappear
now the problem is which head need to be serviced... :?:

Hi guys, I think I'm in trouble, my storm has start to smoke blue from both the mufflers at high rpm during acceleration (6000+) 8O 8O 8O For the skilled people on the forum is the firestorm more prone to wear the piston rings or the valve stem seals? the bike as 80000 km but still run like a train,...

I will check the plugs first, maybe I change them..

the valve timing could not be adjusted but could be wrong. a teeth more or less in one sproket in both exhaust or intake cam can lead to yours ymptoms

popping from the exhaust is related to too much fuel unburnt in one cylinder.
start with a plugs and coils check

or take it to a mechanic

is the fuel "fresh"?
valve timing is correct?
is the bike already fittd with manual cct?
do u know if the pevious owner did some mods inside the carbs?

Hi,
my throttle has develop a manual cruise control :D , I can rotate it but he don't want to come back...everything inside is well greased and lubed..what I miss?
I did reinstall the carbs last month and the springs on them were ok
cable routing?
