Can't afford a mosfet at the moment , I have a zx10 r/r on the way. Mabey it's because of the warmer weather a lot of owners are having trouble.

In the process of ordering parts for full service and I was set on ordering brisk sparkplugs but after checking on here I'm getting conflicting views, I'm not bothered about how long they last as I replace every year regardless.

it was cct's got it fixed at place they bought it from who put auto's back in and last week it sounds like they have failed again! I'm going to have a look at it Saturday.

there is hardly any lefthand switch gear on ebay and loads of right hand, it must happen alot a owners get a replacement when it's a simple fix.

spraying WD 40 or brake cleaner into the housing is not advisable it only works for a while it doesn't reach the faulty part very well.

just an update on this make sure when you put the two half's of the headlight unit back together squeeze them together for 5mins whilst the silicon sets as i didn't do this the first time and it let water into the unit.
I had to take it off the bike again and re-do it.
