Ok so I cheated today and paid a garage to do my mcct's

But I'm so glad I did.... Not only do i not have to worry every time I go out about my acct's going pop but I had been telling them about suffering from quite bad carb fart at around 3.5k revs. This morning it seemed to be happening around 2.5k revs as well which made for an interesting ride through...

Re: insurance grumble (nothing new im sure)

Brexit must be involved!! Just check the details for the coming year. The last time my bike insurance...

Re: Insurance add ons

Cheers Pete, I think pretty much the same way and have always took what cover I could. It was only seeing that nearly a third of my quote was add ons that made me think which bits are actually worth having.

Insurance add ons

Looking into renewals for next year's policy and I've been wondering what are actually worthwhile options? I think breakdown cover is worth having but not sure about legal protection, personal accident, helmet and leathers etc. The difference between a basic policy to having all the options is aroun...

Re: Anyone into RC model cars?

I used to have the mardave buggy way back . Was a cheap one then . Your best bet is eBay selling them as parts . I used to race the mp7.77 1/8th at the local track 15 years ago tho I gave it up as it was bloody expensive hobby The mardave buggy was a cheap way in to rc and I think the first buggy I...

Anyone into RC model cars?

While having a bit of a tidy up in the man cave so I can hopefully work on the firestorm with a bit of shelter I came across a couple of old rc cars I used to race. Got to be at least 20 years old (30+ for the white one). The white one has been stripped for spares to keep other cars running over the...
