thanks guys. Bike is still hibernating for the moment, expect to have it out in about 6 weeks. Until then, I hope to get a few more snowmobile rides in :)

They definitely work. However, if your forks are stock (ie. not re-sprung and re-valved), they may also introduce some weaving at high speed

Greetings from Canada :) So I am still running my high-mount link pipes (Akra full system) and bike is strong and responsive in lows and mids. Only problem is it vibrates a bit more at road speeds than the low-mounts. I like to ride medium to long trips and so the smoother the better. Not wanting to...

I've been running the stock Brembo unit from a Monster 1100 (15 x 18) for many years now and it works very well. Effort at the lever is slightly lighter than stock and they are a dime a dozen on eBay.
